In today's #TBT it's time for the first major event in Germany - ESL One
Cologne.

ESL One Cologne 2014 was the third international Counter-Strike: Global
Offensive tournament, sponsored by the game's publisher, Valve Corporation. The
event took place during Gamescom 2014 on August 14-17, 2014 at the Exhibition
Center in Cologne. The prize pool was USD 250 thousand.

Astralis players disappointed in their 1:16 loss vs Team Spirit in comparison to their average during IEM Katowice Group Stage

2020 ended more than a month ago, so it's the best time to sum all the data and
find out who was the best.

We took top30 teams from 2020 from our ranking and analyzed all their matches in
the previous year. In this case, we focused on the number of grenades thrown per
round.

In the high explosive grenades efficiency, we focused on damage, that each nade
made per throw.

The best HE grenade efficiency player from the top 30 teams was tabseN from BIG
Clan. He needed just a little bit more than 6 nades to eliminate an opponent.

On the bottom of the table, there is Brehze from EG, who would need to throw 20
nades... and it wouldn't be enough.

In the high explosive grenades efficiency, we focused on damage, that each nade
made per throw.

The team, that throw the most HE per round was Mad Lions. In 2020 Danes throw
about 1.5 HE per round. In their case, the more nades you threw wasn't the more
dmg you deal. In DMG per throw, they were almost on the bottom of the table,
only ahead of FaZe Clan, NaVi, and Chaos.

The best team in HE Efficiency was definitely Astralis. They throw only about
0.8 HE per round, and each of their nade made approximately 12 dmg.

What's not surprising, top spots at HE grenades thrown per round are occupied by
players from the teams that throw the most or the best nades. Ex-Astralis
player, es3tag**, threw 0.5 HE grenade per round. It means that he threw 62.5%
of Astralis he grenades when he was in the team.

At the bottom of the table, we can find CeRq from EG. It also shouldn't surprise
anyone, because Evil Geniuses threw only 0.4 HE grenade per round.* For each
team we took only players that have played at least 20 maps.
** In es3tag case we have analyzed only his matches as an Astralis player
because Cloud9 didn't manage to advance to top30 of our ranking.

Who was the best HE player in terms of DMG per throw, what team was the best in terms of HE efficiency, who threw the most HE grenades in 2020? We have analyzed 1,827 matches* and found out the answer

Performance Report
A performance report [https://ggpredict.io/matches] has been added to the Match
page. It details and visualizes how have you been performing compared to your
teammates - if you have been carrying your team or just noobing out

This is a great feature when you play with your friends - from now on you can
easily compare yourself and see who is the MVP of your wolfpack. As you can see
below - I'm definitely not carrying my team but when it comes to supporting them
with flashes and smokes - they can always count on me (if I'm not dead already).

Now you can play Steam Matchmaking, FaceIt, Esportal, or just upload your demo -
we will be always there to analyze your performance and give you some meaningful

Weapons - Esport Section
If you go to our Esports section [https://ggpredict.io/csgo/weapons/6] you can
find this great summary of all Counter-Strike weapons. We have added short
movies showing the recoil pattern, damage caused and skins that you can find for
the particular weapon. Really useful when you want to dig deeper and be aware of
the game.

Natus Vincere won with FaZe Clan in the final match of Group C of BLAST Premier
Spring 2021, but everyone focused their attention on Olofmeister. Just after the
game, it was all clear. It was the last game of Olof in FaZe. What's even more
important, it was probably his last game as a professional CS:GO player.

During the two-map series, Olof was the best FaZe player, but S1mple was too
strong.

Now we know, that ex-mousesports player Karrigan will become fifth player in
FaZe Clan.

BLAST Premier Spring group C final analyzed!

What an impressive performance by compLexity during the BLAST Premier Spring
group stage!

Complexity topped Group B at BLAST Premier Spring after beating Evil Geniuses in
a final series with 16-12 and 16-5 scorelines on Inferno and Mirage.
