ESL, the leader of the sporting industry, has announced the 12th season of the ESL Pro League, and, what's the most important, announced that they are working to bring the competition back to offline format.
The 12th season of the ESL Pro League will begin on 2 September. The German company has announced that it is currently exploring options for playing the tournament offline.
In the 12th season of the EPL we will be able to watch 24 teams, 13 of which will be partner formations that signed the "Louvre Agreement". The list of direct invitations includes such brands as Astralis, 100 Thieves, FaZe, Evil Geniuses, Fnatic, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid and G2. BOOM, Renegades and Sharks players also received a pass to participate in the games. This is a form of compensation for the fact that the first of these teams won the 32nd season of ESEA Premier and the other two took part in the 10th season finals of ESL Pro League. The 16 directly invited teams will also be joined by 8 teams from the closed qualifying.
In the 11th season of the EPL, Fnatic players triumphed in the European region, while in North America the representatives of Team Liquid turned out to be the top performers.
